I purchased some outdoor furniture it wasn't right for our family. So I spoke with Phil and he organised a courier to come and pick it up and then promptly refunded my money to my nominated payment method. I would definitely recommend this company.
The mattress is fantastic. I have had three of the same kind of matresses in my time from different outlets but this matress is the best. Soft but firm and very supportive.
I had a queens size headboard and framedelivered and there was a part missing and the screws had no head on them. I received 2 number 30 parts and no 29. I have notified and had no response. My husband was able to modify the head board and purchased the correct screws.
