Apologies about the hardware, the replacement has been sent and is arriving tomorrow. The bed and mattress are due later this week and are still within 2 weeks of delivery considering your address is in Port Headland WA it is on time. Your area is considered remote by the couriers so it does take a few days longer and we do still give you FREE delivery as promised.

Hi thankyou for all your help after my order was considered lost you immediately sent a replacement only for first order to turn up ,and then just a few days later a second mattress arrived quality was great and when I asked if they would send courier to collect second mattress they offered me a big discount happy Easter to me and I now have a spare for when my grandchildren sleep over thankyou to all involved with my purchase .
