Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

We offer a 30 day change of mind return for all unopened and unused items. Contact us via email and our team will asses and provide next steps on the returns process. We can issue our own labels and book a return or if you want to use your own you can do so as well.

*Please note: mattresses and mattress toppers cannot be returned once used for health and hygienic reasons.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can also be requested and our team will try to accommodate this if its possible. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Returns or Exchange process:

  1. Contact our team to request a return/exchange – contact@ontrendideas.com.au
  2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  3. If you request our label we will advise the return costs.
  4. We will then email you the return labels and advise the day for the courier collection.
  5. Once the item(s) is collected and delivered back to us, our team will asses and approve the refund to be processed. If applicable, any return costs approved earlier will be deducted from the final refund. 

Damaged or faulty items:
We will be happy to honour our obligations under the Australia Consumer Law if any product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped due to any circumstance that occurs when an item gets delivered to you. We will offer a free return, partial refund to keep as is or a brand new replacement.
