Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30 day change of mind return for unused (repacked to how they arrived in the retail packaging or unopened items. We can provide a return label at a cost of $10-15 per item for most items, larger items may be more depending on the size of the product and the return location. We do not charge any restocking fees to our loyal customers. You can also use your own label as long as you use a tracked carrier service.

Exchanges can also be requested for same products but in different colours or sizes (differences in costs will be need to be covered). Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

*Please note: mattresses and mattress toppers cannot be returned once open and used.
 
Returns or Exchange process:

1. Contact our team to request a return – contact@ontrendideas.com.au
2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return
3. If you request our label we will email it to you.
4. Once you send the item back to us we will issue a refund upon inspection and if applicable will withhold the return label costs.

 
We will be happy to honor our obligations under the Australia Consumer Law if any product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error. We will offer a free return or replacement.
