Our store is proud to offer Free delivery Australia wide for our entire product range, yes that includes all products to all post codes.

-All orders are usually shipped out next day.

-You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and link to track your delivery. You can heck your tracking link to see all progress and an estimated delivery time.

-Delivery usually takes 3-6 business days depending on the location (some remote areas may take a few days longer). The delivery estimate is an indicator of shipping times only.

-Couriers will usually not leave the parcels unattended however if there is a safe place to leave on your property you can make that note on the order or just send us an email.

Please note: Some orders may have split shipments, where by some packages may come from our second warehouse. You will be sent separate tracking information for each item if this happens, so you will be able to track them individually.

Common Questions (FAQ)
Q: What if my order hasn’t arrived within the specified time?
A: Contact our team via email and provide the order information, our team will do a quick investigation with the courier and advise the outcome. If the item is lost or damaged, we will offer you a choice of a replacement item or a full refund.

Q: I received a partial delivery, there are item (s) missing, what do I do?
A: Some orders may be sent in multiple packages, usually on the boxes you received it will advise how many items should have arrived. In most cases, the courier has split up delivery and will deliver the missing boxes the next business days, you can check the tracking link for updates. If after 2 days you have still not received the missing items please contact us and we can investigate on your behalf. If an item is lost or damaged we will send a replacement. Also, please note some orders may be sent in separate shipments, your tracking details will advise this and provide you different tracking numbers.

Q: Item is showing as delivered but I haven’t got it?
A:  Please check around your property, sometimes if the courier can leave the item them may do so somewhere on your property in a safe location. If you still cannot locate your item, please contact us and we will investigate further.
 
Q: Scanning is not showing as picked up, has the item been sent?
A: Yes it has been sent but sometimes there is a delay for the scanning events to occur as each courier has a different system they use to update the tracking details. If after 2 days there are still no scanning events please contact us and we will investigate. If found that the item is lost, we will offer a free replacement to be sent.

Q: My item arrived damaged or faulty, what do I do?
A:  Please contact us right away and send us all the order details and send photos of the issue(s). We will asses and rectify any problems in a quick manner.
