8 week delivery because of del company breaking it then I had to chase and send photos of the missing package 2/3 the delivery company and sending should of had this organise so I had to wait an extra 2 weeks....

No way should customers have to chase this. There should've been communication from delivery and sender
4 days after the expected del date, i called, was told it was broken, and they have messaged the sender for instructions
I called e-mailed sender with them, saying they need to investigate
5 days later I email again asking what's been done for them to say it seem ur product has been damage please send a photo of the 2/3 package you have gotten so we know what to resend.
2 weeks later, I get the 3rd package absolutely ridonkulas.

Do not order from this company and stay away from allied express as well as hunter express..... same fellow delivered the packages despite supposedly being two different companies (could be how del works) but weird

Hi Casey, we are very sorry it was a bad delivery experience. This is a one in a thousand example where the couriers just had some issues due to the remote location of your address. They both use an agent to deliver because it is remote to access. In any case no excuses that it took this long but the only reason the team asked for photos is because we had to know what box was missing (there are 3 different boxes). The damaged box was resent the day after you sent the photos. Anyway we apologise you had to face this kind of stress and have passed on the feedback to the couriers in question. We use 10 different couriers so on a rare occasion things go wrong since they are delivering furniture to a more remote location. We have processed a 10% refund back to you as a little goodwill gesture.
